Thanks to your wise policy the international authority of our country is increasing day by day. As in all other areas, great success has been achieved in the diplomatic sphere. The extradition to Azerbaijan of our fellow compatriot Ramil Safarov, who was serving a sentence in Hungary, and his pardon by your Order are based on the principles of humanism and applauded by all of us. Azerbaijan is steadily transforming into a developing and thriving state with a good international authority in economic, political and diplomatic spheres. You have proved to be a man of his word, you have proved to be a strong head of state caring for every Azerbaijani, every soldier and officer.
