It is undeniable that you have made great efforts for the extradition of a worthy son of Azerbaijan Ramil Safarov to Azerbaijan. The village of Alibayli of Tovuz District is located near the Armenian border. As a resident of the village which borders on Armenia and has experienced all the hardships of Armenian aggression, I understand how important it is to put an end to
this conflict. I appreciate your work in this area and wish you, the Commander-in-Chief, every success. On behalf of the residents of the village of Alibayli, I express our gratitude for the freeing of Ramil Safarov.
