Your order on immediate pardoning the extradited Azerbaijani officer Ramil Safarov, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for punishing an insidious Armenian officer for insulting the national flag of Azerbaijan, delighted us very much. You have once again proved that you are the President of every Azerbaijani. We have seen again that you take care of every citizen, soldier, officer.

Mr. President, I am really proud to have been involved in the fights for Karabakh and killed many Armenians who lay claim to our lands. I express my deep gratitude to you for freeing such a brave son as Ramil. Your historic step will play an important part in the patriotic education of brave young men such as Ramil.
