Everyone was waiting for help from Almighty God and our president, the guarantor of the rights and freedoms of the Azerbaijani people. With this degree, you proved once again what a humanist and warm-hearted personality and what a noble and kind person you are. We wish you good health and happiness for the welfare and happiness of the Azerbaijani people. We wish you success in every job which was started by the great leader Heydar Aliyev for the development of his masterpiece, the Azerbaijan Republic, and which you are successfully continuing.
