From Rafig Jafarov, Ganja, Azerbaijan

Dear Mr President!

I am a Lithuanian citizen. I live in the city of Ganja at the moment. I am a pensioner. I worked on sea and ocean vessels for 40 years. I am currently 69 years old.

You proved your love and loyalty to your homeland to the whole world once again, and I would like to thank you on my own behalf and on behalf of my people for pardoning Ramil Safarov.

Azerbaijanis all over the world are happy and express their thanks to you for this step. You showed your power and authority to the enemies of Azerbaijan once again. I am sure that the people highly value all your services. These are not just find-sounding words. I can clearly see all this. What you are doing now is a continuation of the line of our national leader Heydar Aliyev. I travelled the world with his portrait in my hands and I am proud of this. He gave my long-suffering people freedom and the right to live proudly in the world. These words are coming straight from my heart. Azerbaijan is developing day by day and all this happening as a result of your efforts. Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva is also doing great work for the development of the homeland. I see all this as a citizen and I am proud of this.

Thank you for all the work you are doing for our people. May God protect you! We pray for you day and night. May the great leader Heydar Aliyev rest in peace! I wish you and your family happiness and success in your difficult work and Heydar Ilham oglu strong health!
