We rejoiced in tears at your 31 August 2012 decree to pardon Ramil Safarov, which made all the Azerbaijani people and Azerbaijanis of the world happy. The decree is a result of your endless love for the Azerbaijani officer and the homeland. By your action, you demonstrated to the whole world that Azerbaijan will has never left and will never leave its citizen and soldier without attention.

Thank you very much. Long live Mr President I. H. Aliyev! Long live Azerbaijan!
