Please accept my sincere congratulations on your re-election as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
I wish you newer major accomplishments in ensuring the security, economic progress and welfare of the people of Azerbaijan.
I am sure that your re-election as President would contribute to further cementing our bilateral relations and elevating Ukrainian-Azerbaijani cooperation to a new dynamic level.
The mutual support of Ukraine and Azerbaijan for the independence and territorial integrity of the two states within their internationally recognized borders holds notable significance.
Today, when the people of Ukraine defend their freedom in the fight against Russia, the solidarity of the Republic of Azerbaijan is of particular importance. We are grateful for humanitarian aid, participation in the process of reconstruction of infrastructure in the cities damaged by the war with Russia, and demining of liberated Ukrainian territories.
I highly appreciate our personal constructive and sincere dialogue, which gives a vital momentum to Ukrainian-Azerbaijani cooperation. I am sure that the strategic partnership based on respect and trust would continue to enhance.
I hope for Azerbaijan’s involvement in the implementation of the Ukrainian peace formula and your participation in the upcoming first Peace Summit in Switzerland.
