On October 23, Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, met with Herman Gref, President and Chairman of the Board of Sberbank PJSC of the Russian Federation, in Kazan.

Herman Gref shared detailed insights into the bank’s activities, including its involvement in healthcare, social services, education, and other areas through digital solutions, in addition to its financial sector operations. He highlighted Azerbaijan's rapid economic growth and social development trends.

The meeting included an exchange of views on potential areas for cooperation.
