It is with great sadness that I learned of the tragic air accident in Aktau, which has claimed the lives of many passengers, including some of your fellow citizens.
Dear friend, I extend my sincerest condolences on behalf of myself and the Albanian people. We, the Albanian people, stand in solidarity with you and the friendly people of Azerbaijan during these challenging times, and we offer our wishes for a swift recovery and complete recuperation.
