Ilham Aliyev received a delegation led by the Commander of the US Transportation Command

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by the Commander of the US Transportation Command, William Fraser.

The sides expressed their satisfaction with the development of relations between Azerbaijan and the United States in bilateral and multilateral formats. It was noted that the relations between the two countries in various areas were of the nature of partnership and emphasized that cooperation in the defense sector was also at a high level.

The Commander of the US Transportation Command, William Fraser, praised Azerbaijan's participation in the peacekeeping mission in Afghanistan both directly and indirectly through transportation and expressed his gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the active cooperation in this area.
