Ilham Aliyev received a delegation led by the EU Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Commissioner

President Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by the EU Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Commissioner Stefan Fule.

The sides expressed their satisfaction with the successful development of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the European Union, noted the importance of reciprocal visits for the expansion of relations and stressed that energy cooperation and the fight against terrorism had reached the level of strategic partnership.

During the meeting it was also noted that the relations between Azerbaijan and the European Union had been producing good results in various fields and had a broad exchange of views on issues relating to the current state and prospects of cooperation.
