Ilham Aliyev received a delegation by Foreign Minister of Montenegro Milan Rocen

President Ilham Aliyev received a delegation led by Foreign Minister of Montenegro Milan Rocen.

Foreign Minister of Montenegro Milan Rocen expressed satisfaction with the fact that his visit to Azerbaijan had coincided with commission of “Umid” gas field in Azerbaijan. Having characterized this as a great success of the President of Azerbaijan, the country’s scientists and scholars, President Ilham Aliyev delivered his congratulations on this event. Milan Rocen noted the importance of this event in Europe and throughout the world.

Underscoring his country’s interest in cooperation with Azerbaijan in every field, the minister added that the main purpose of the visit was to develop bilateral relations.

The President expressed his gratitude to the Foreign Minister of Montenegro for his kind words. Touching upon the successful completion of exploration phase of “Umid” gas field, President Ilham Aliyev noted the importance of existing huge gas reserves in this field.
