I heartily congratulate you on the occasion of your birthday.
Despite the political, economic and humanitarian crisis in the region and in the world, I truly believe that thanks to the wise leadership of Your Excellency the friendly and fraternal Azerbaijan will maintain its stability and well-being.
I am happy to observe that our relations, which derive power from the ancient ties of brotherhood between the two nations, are growing even stronger with each passing day thanks to the strong spirit of cooperation and solidarity between our two countries.
Further strengthening of our relations, which, I strongly believe, will contribute to common interests of future generations, is my lifelong dream. I would like to reaffirm that I will continue my initiatives in this regard as at every point of my public and political life.
Taking this opportunity, Your Excellency, dear brother, I would like to wish you robust health and happiness, and extend my best wishes for continuation of peace and well-being to the friendly and fraternal people of Azerbaijan.
