On the occasion of the Republic Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, please allow me to extend to you, on behalf of the Slovenian people and on my own behalf, heartfelt congratulations along with best wishes for all-round progress and prosperity of your country.
Still we recall with great pleasure the official visit, which you and your esteemed wife paid to the Republic of Slovenia on 9 and 10 June 2011. The visit, which provided an opportunity for direct talks, further strengthened the friendly relations and partnership between our two countries, and these enhanced links between Slovenia and Azerbaijan will promote continued deepening of all-round relations and contribute to strengthening peace, stability and understanding in the world.
