President Ilham Aliyev received Special Representative of the Iranian President for Caspian Affairs, Mohammed Mehdi Akhundzadeh.
Bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and the Islamic Republic of Iran and the current state of talks, conducted for preparation of the legal status of the Caspian Sea were discussed, and the importance of the Baku Summit of the Heads of Caspian littoral States was noted.
Guided by Clause 5 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
To appoint Sahil Rafig oglu Babayev as Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
