I congratulate you – the head of Azerbaijani state on behalf of Azerbaijani youth of Estonia on the occasion of victory of Azerbaijan’s representatives in Eurovision-2011 Song Contest. Your course is taking our country to a bright future and today’s victory is also the result of your service. We are proud of such a President for his relentless efforts to foster the image of our country in Europe. We are proud that we have such a patriotic President.

I express my gratitude to you once again for your care about us and wish you a lot of successes in all your activities conducted for the sake of the present and the future of Azerbaijan.
