President Ilham Aliyev has met with President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia Pavel Gantar.
The sides expressed their satisfaction with the development of relations between the two countries in various spheres. It was indicated that there were good opportunities for the development of economic relations.
The importance of inter-parliamentary relations was stressed from the standpoint of the expansion of bilateral relations. The sides also pointed to the successfully developing cooperation between Azerbaijan and Slovenia within the framework of international organizations.
The sides expressed confidence that the visit by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to Slovenia would contribute to the development of bilateral relations.
Guided by Clause 5 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
To appoint Sahil Rafig oglu Babayev as Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
