President Ilham Aliyev has received NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia James Appathurai.
During the meeting the sides pointed to the successful development of cooperation between Azerbaijan and NATO and exchanged views on the current state and prospects of these relations.
Guided by Clause 5 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
To appoint Sahil Rafig oglu Babayev as Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
