President Ilham Aliyev has received NATO Assistant Secretary General Gábor Iklódy.
The meeting stressed that relations between Azerbaijan and NATO were successfully developing, and noting the importance of joint projects being implemented in our country, expressed satisfaction with the completion of the project to clear unexploded ordnance implemented jointly by the Azerbaijani National Agency for Mine Action and the NATO Maintenance and Supply Agency.
The meeting also exchanged opinions on the fight against terrorism and the further expansion of cooperation in the spheres of energy and cyber security.
Guided by Clause 5 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
To appoint Sahil Rafig oglu Babayev as Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
