Your Excellency Mr President,
On behalf of the people and government of Costa Rica, I extend my cordial congratulations to Your Excellency on the occasion of your re-election as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
We are confident and optimistic about the future of the Republic of Azerbaijan under your leadership and hope that the friendly relations between our countries will give an impetus to mutually beneficial projects for our peoples.
Your Excellency Mr President, I have completed my term in office as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Religion. However, I would like to take this pleasant opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to your country, which I have visited several times during my tenure. During my visits, I saw the similarities in hospitality of our peoples.
I am confident that we will maintain the closeness that has existed between our countries in recent years and soon have cooperation projects that will bring the Latin America and the Caucasus region closer to each other in a new format of international collaboration.
Once again I would like to cordially congratulate you, and extend the Costa Rican people’s sincerest greetings to the people of Azerbaijan.
