Your Excellency,

I have the honor to convey my personal congratulations to you on your recent re-election as the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and to reiterate the renewed commitment of the World Health Organization (WHO) to foster the existing collaboration between your country and WHO in ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all at national and global levels.

I am pleased to inform you of my plans to visit your country from 4 to 6 July 2018 and I will be honored to meet with you. My office will work closely with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the United Nations Office in Geneva, the WHO Regional Office for Europe and the WHO Country Office in Azerbaijan to develop the program and the expected outcomes that will be mutually beneficial to Azerbaijan and WHO. I look forward to the opportunity to meet with you in July.
