President Ilham Aliyev received outgoing Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Azerbaijan Per Stanchina.
Per Stanchina praised Azerbaijan`s development, saying the country had made great progress under President Ilham Aliyev. He also stressed the fact that, during this period, the world community`s attention towards the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict had increased.
The President emphasized that, in recent years, Azerbaijan-German bilateral relations had developed successfully, reciprocal high-level visits had been organized, and the relations, based on strong partnership principles, had expanded in every field. President Ilham Aliyev expressed confidence in further strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries.
The Azerbaijani President wished Per Stanchina success in his future activities.
