Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev Ilham Aliyev and President of Montenegro Filip Vujanović have held talks in an expanded format with the participation of delegations.

Let me welcome all of you to Azerbaijan!
This is your first visit to Azerbaijan, and, of course, this visit holds a very important place in our bilateral ties.
This is a historic visit because it is the first official visit. I am sure that this visit will be very successful and its results will be very positive. Our bilateral relations are developing very successfully, I can even say very rapidly. Over a short period of time consultations were held in both the political and economic spheres. Both parties are making a valuable contribution to the development of these ties.
I am confident that the talks held and to be held today will bring our countries even closer together.

As you know, reciprocal visits have been paid by foreign ministers, and I think that this visit will make an exceptional contribution to the further deepening and development of our relations.
I think that political ties between the two countries will lay the foundation for economic relations and will develop.
Guided by Clause 5 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
