President Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by the Minister for Family and Social Policies of the Republic of Turkey, Fatma Sahin.
The Minister for Family and Social Policies of the Republic of Turkey, Fatma Sahin, passed on greetings on behalf of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The sides pointed to the importance of enhancing cooperation between institutions of the two countries dealing with family, women and children issues, stressed the significance of the international conference “Role of women in the 21st century: responsibility of women in politics”, being held in Baku on the initiative of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-speaking countries.
President Ilham Aliyev expressed his gratitude for the greetings of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and asked the minister to communicate his greetings to the Turkish Prime Minister.
Guided by Clause 5 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
To appoint Sahil Rafig oglu Babayev as Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
