President Ilham Aliyev has received the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Seyed Mohammad Hosseini.
The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Seyed Mohammad Hosseini, passed on greetings on behalf of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
The sides expressed satisfaction with the development of bilateral relations between our two countries in various areas, including humanitarian, stressed that the holding of the Days of Azerbaijani Culture in Iran last year and the Days of Culture of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Azerbaijan this year will contribute to a further expansion of ties.
The head of state expressed his gratitude for the greetings of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and asked the minister to communicate his greetings to the Iranian President.
Guided by Clause 5 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
To appoint Sahil Rafig oglu Babayev as Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
