President Ilham Aliyev has received the president and chairman of the board of the Russian bank VTB, Andrey Kostin.
The sides pointed to the importance of the Fourth Baku International Banking Conference of CIS member states, “The financial markets of the CIS: ways of sustainable development in the conditions of global instability”, and expressed confidence that Andrey Kostin’s visit to Azerbaijan would serve to enhance cooperation between his bank and Azerbaijan’s financial institutions.
Guided by Clause 5 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
To appoint Sahil Rafig oglu Babayev as Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
