President Ilham Aliyev has received Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Ralph Gonsalves.
Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves congratulated President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of his 50th birthday anniversary and Azerbaijan’s election to the UN Security Council. Noting that he has witnessed a rapid development process in Baku, the visitor said his country was interested in developing ties with Azerbaijan in the fields of education, tourism, investment, infrastructure and other areas.
The President expressed hope that the visit by Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Ralph Gonsalves to Azerbaijan would promote the development of bilateral relations between our countries.
Guided by Clause 5 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
To appoint Sahil Rafig oglu Babayev as Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
