On behalf of the hundreds of the Azerbaijanis living in the UAE, I would like to thank you very much for signing the humanist order on returning and pardoning Azerbaijani officer Ramil Safarov, who was sentenced to life imprisonment in Hungary. This order is a great present to the people of Azerbaijan and a huge joy for each one of us.

I would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that the Azerbaijanis living in the UAE support your domestic and foreign policies. Just as we unanimously supported you in the previous two elections from Dubai, we will do that with the same honor and uplift in the 2013 presidential election.
