Dear Mr. President!

The executive order you have signed with regard to Ramil Safarov extradited from Hungary and the decisions you have made regarding other our compatriots have delighted the cultural workers of Saatli District. Every citizen of Azerbaijan was dejected by the fact that Ramil Safarov, who had killed an Armenian for insulting the Azerbaijani nation, flag and martyrs, was sentenced to life imprisonment. We all prayed to Allah and hoped only for you in the release of Ramil Safarov.

By this order you have proved again what a humane, noble and benevolent man you are.

I wish you good health and happiness for the sake of the welfare and happiness of the people of Azerbaijan.

We wish you success in the prosperity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which is the brainchild of great leader Heydar Aliyev, and in the implementation of his policies which you are successfully continuing.
