Thanks to your strong and courageous policies, the international authority of our country is growing day by day.

As in all other areas, great progress has been made in the field of diplomacy. The extradition to Azerbaijan of our fellow compatriot Ramil Safarov, who was imprisoned in Hungary, and his pardon in accordance with your humane decree have delighted all the people of Azerbaijan. It is also a tribute to those who sacrificed themselves for the independence of our country and the integrity of its borders. It is an expression of great love and deep respect for those who died for the sovereignty of Azerbaijan. The team of the “Yashil Chay” farm in the Istisu village of Lankaran District, and indeed all the people of Azerbaijan, is experiencing great joy.

President Ilham Aliyev, who has turned the thriving Azerbaijan into a country with a high reputation in the fields of economics, politics and diplomacy, has proved again that he is truly a head of state who cares about every Azerbaijani, every soldier and officer.

The historic document signed with regard to every brave son of our country will raise the patriotic spirit of our young people.
