This precedent gives a sense of pride to every Azerbaijani regardless of his place of residence. The freeing of Ramil Safarov is a step showing the attention to our patriots. Azerbaijan has always defended its brave sons, surrounded them with her care and attention. I hope you will always be the head of the Azerbaijani people. I wish you a long life and good health. May Allah bless you in the name of your family and the people of Azerbaijan! We are proud of you and pray for you! You are a commander of the Turkic world, a pupil of great leader Heydar Aliyev.
