Dear Mr. President!

The measures you have taken to free Azerbaijani army officer Ramil Safarov, who adequately punished an Armenian officer for desecrating our national flag, have delighted the people of Gubadli who have sacrificed 238 martyrs in defense of our lands.

All the children of martyrs and myself are grateful to you for the immense care taken of Ramil Safarov, as well as the care of all the families of martyrs and those who were expelled from their native lands as a result of Armenia’s occupation policy.

We believe that under your leadership Armenia’s occupation policy will receive an adequate response and the separation of our displaced compatriots from the homeland will end.
