We express our deep gratitude to you for returning National Army officer Ramil Safarov to Azerbaijan and pardoning him. We have waited for this day for more than eight years. Thank God that we have been fortunate to see this day. These happy moments have been given to us by you and with the grace of Allah. I am sure that your decision regarding Ramil has greatly increased the army morale. The Armenian butchers have been plunged into fear of this fighting spirit in our army, the courage and determination of our Commander-in-Chief. This courage and determination will soon raise our tricolor over Khankandi and Shusha. We look forward to that day and wish you every success and good health in the name of our great victory.
