The elders of the Padar village of Agsu District were delighted with your decision to pardon Ramil Safarov. You have really done a great job. Ramil Safarov did not deserve a life sentence. He put his own life at risk to defend Azerbaijan, the honor and dignity of his people. You have given this brave son back to Azerbaijan. We support your internal and external policies and will always stand by you. We trust and rely on you. And you can count on and trust in us. This unity will further the development of our country. We are confident that under your leadership the Azerbaijani army will liberate our lands from occupation and our flag will fly over Shusha. May Allah grant us this day in the near future. Amen!
