We express our deep gratitude to you for appreciating the honor and dignity of citizens of Azerbaijan. In the matter of Ramil Safarov we saw it again. You have taken an incomparably courageous step. You have realized our hopes. Ramil is now in his homeland and among his relatives. We have seen once again that the state of which you are President truly protects the rights of its citizens.
