Dear Mr. President, dear Commander-in-Chief!

We sincerely thank you for returning home and pardoning Azerbaijani officer Ramil Safarov who was convicted in Hungary. Even during the trial the requests of Ramil’s lawyers were no taken into consideration. Undoubtedly, the Armenian lobby played a huge role in this case. We were very disappointed to hear about the life imprisonment in respect of the glorious son of Azerbaijan. You have made every effort and, thank God, succeeded in extraditing Ramil home. Ramil is now free and is an Azerbaijani officer enjoying all his rights. For all this we thank you. As a representative of the Azerbaijani youth, I am always ready on the orders of the Commander-in-Chief to fight for the liberation of our lands from occupation. I wish you every success in your work in the name of the development of Azerbaijan.
