I thank you for returning the brave son of the Azerbaijani people, Ramil Safarov, to our native land. He had been imprisoned for eight and a half years for defending the honour of the Azerbaijani flag. By releasing Ramil Safarov, you made the Azerbaijani people happy again. You are the young, but mature and wise president of the entire Azerbaijani people. I wish you success in your work for the yesterday, today and tomorrow of the Azerbaijani people and in your far-sighted policy.
