Dear Mr. President,

The extradition on 31 August and pardoning by your order of Azerbaijani army officer Ramil Sahib oglu Safarov is a logical result of the growing international authority of the independent Azerbaijan led by you, Mr. President. And the result of constant attention and care for our young people is the fact that they have achieved great progress in all spheres in recent years.

Mr. President! Your brave step has left an indelible mark in the memory of every representative of youth and made us even more patriotic. Our young people are always confident of their President and state. We have been assured yet again that the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Commander-in-Chief is there to protect the rights of every soldier and officer. This is also the first news of the victory over the enemy.

We believe that under your leadership our lands would soon be freed from the enemy and the well-being of our people will further improve.

Mr. President, you can rest assured that we, young people from Lerik, are always ready to free our lands and to closely rally around you.
