The steps you have taken to extradite Ramil Safarov to Azerbaijan and his immediate pardoning have caused a sense of pride in all our citizens. We are all proud of you and express our endless gratitude.

Back in 2003, after being elected President, you delivered a logical and courageous speech in English, showing the arrival of a new leader of the political arena.

Dear Mr. President!

Your important steps in connection with the case of Ramil Safarov have once again proved that you are much stronger than your political rivals in the international arena. I believe that thanks to your far-sighted policy, the occupied territories of Azerbaijan will soon be liberated and the development of our country will be continued. Azerbaijan has become one of the developed countries not only of the South Caucasus, but also around the world under your leadership.
