Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To approve the “Decision to amend the Regulations of the competition for the presentation of the Award of the Commonwealth of Independent States for achievements in the area of quality of products and services” signed in St Petersburg on 18 October 2011.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall take the necessary measures to ensure the implementation of the Decision specified in Clause 1 of the present Order.
3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall notify the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States of the completion of necessary domestic procedures for the enactment of the said Decision.
