Ilham Aliyev received Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Valdemar Pawlak

President Ilham Aliyev received a delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of the Republic of Poland, Valdemar Pawlak.

The President expressed his confidence in success of the visit of Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Valdemar Pawlak to Azerbaijan. Touching upon the meeting of the Azerbaijan-Poland intergovernmental joint commission to be organized in Baku, President Ilham Aliyev said that this meeting would create a good opportunity for reviewing forthcoming issues regarding development of bilateral relations.

The President expressed hope for continuation of active cooperation in the future.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of the Republic of Poland, Valdemar Pawlak congratulated President Ilham Aliyev on large-scale construction-building works carried out in the country and the dynamic development attained. He recalled pleasantly the official visit of the President of Azerbaijan to Poland and his personal meeting with the President during this visit. Valdemar Pawlak noted that the meeting of Polish-Azerbaijan intergovernmental joint commission would give an impetus to deepening of cooperation. Having underscored the necessity of determining the areas needed for reciprocal activities of businessmen, the guest said the Polish private businessmen strived to work in Azerbaijan.

Talking about the business forum of Polish businessmen in Azerbaijan, President Ilham Aliyev said information regarding the projects planned to be implemented in Azerbaijan would be presented in the forum, which would be very interesting for Polish businessmen.
